Bring study locations and collaborators into a structured workspace. Give teams a shared starting point for operational conversations.
Clinical Trial Logistics Orchestration. Bring study locations and teams into focus today—with a connected vision for supplies, vendors, shipments, documents and actions.
Development demo available · Pilot conversations welcome
1 vendor · 2 depots · 6 clinical sites · Illustrative network
Clinical logistics crosses teams, locations and systems. LogiStudy starts with the foundation: knowing which facilities belong to each study, who can access them and where responsibilities meet.
Organise study workspaces. Add facilities and link them to studies. Move between a map and a structured list, with access shaped around each person’s role. This is the starting point for our clinical logistics control tower.
Different organisations. Different responsibilities. A common need to understand the study network.
Bring study locations and collaborators into a structured workspace. Give teams a shared starting point for operational conversations.
Map the facilities supporting each study. Help shape future request, readiness and replacement workflows around the way your teams work.
Connect depots and clinical sites in a study network. Explore a pilot for bringing warehouse and shipment updates into the same view.
Plan, coordinate and monitor devices, wearables, phones, laboratory and medical kits across a global or decentralised study. Our roadmap brings the supply plan, the physical network and the next action together.
Materials, quantities, milestones, inventory, delivery schedules and document readiness—with accountable handoffs across vendors and locations. Direct-to-patient and return workflows are part of the roadmap.
The vision: surface missed deadlines and missing information, suggest tasks and draft communications. People remain responsible for approvals and regulated decisions. AI agents are not part of the current demo.
Expanded device, kit and patient-delivery workflows require dedicated design and validation before live use. The current demonstration focuses on study access and facility networks.
Use LogiStudy directly, or explore connecting the tools your teams already use. Start with one partner and one practical workflow.
Study context.
Controlled access.
Shared visibility.
Potential CTMS, RTSM/IRT, ERP and vendor connections for study references, supply requests and device readiness.
Stock availability, dispatch, tracking and delivery updates.
Reviewed route information, document readiness and potential broker connections.
Provider feeds for location and condition, including satellite-enabled options where practical.
Connections are planned, not currently live. Each pilot depends on partner API access, coverage and an agreed scope. Regulatory information supports review; it does not establish clearance or compliance.
A focused pilot makes the value measurable and the responsibilities clear.
Organisation and study permissions are part of the current foundation. People see the information their role allows.
Selected membership, linking and business changes are recorded. Audit coverage and acceptance criteria are agreed before live use.
Begin with MedTech deployments and one customer workflow. Expand into broader study supplies and integrations when the benefit is demonstrated.
Led by Petar Yovev at Luminova, bringing clinical technology project and delivery experience to the product.
Real sign-in, study workspaces, role-based access and facilities shown on a map or in a table. The product is in development; live device requests, inventory, shipments and integrations are roadmap capabilities.
No. We can demonstrate the study and facility workspace directly. If your teams want to stay in their own software, we can scope a separate integration pilot around a request and status-update workflow.
Not yet. A live pilot requires agreed intended use, appropriate security and recovery checks, complete relevant audit coverage and customer acceptance. We do not claim GxP certification or production validation.
One organisation, a defined device-logistics workflow and a small set of success measures. We agree users, data responsibilities, any integration dependency and scope before implementation.

We’ll explore whether LogiStudy is the right fit.
